Description(New Doctors List):
The new doctors lists are published monthly. Each list includes records only for the physicians licensed or relicensed in the specified month. It includes physician name, mailing address, license number, method of licensure, birth year, degree, graduation year, medical school and specialties. The file is provided in .XLS format.
